Supporting and optimizing drop ship operations, the full-time Drop Ship Analyst will manage vendor relationships, monitor order fulfillment performance, and analyze supply chain data to enhance customer experience, working remotely or onsite in various locations. Key responsibilities Analyzes retailer sales, inventory, and fulfillment performance to identify growth opportunities and service risks Generates complex sales and sell-in summary reporting, analytics, and ad hoc requests for stakeholders and internal teams Collaborates with the Regional Sales Team to identify top and bottom performing items to improve sales and optimize assortment performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-8 years' professional experience in a related position, such as retail buying or sales analysis Strong knowledge of the outdoor industry, consumer buying patterns, and retail dynamics Advanced knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, and financial planning processes Proficient in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and advanced math calculations
