Driver
Locations: Oakland
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and compassionate Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation services for individuals. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring students arrive safely to and from school while maintaining a positive, supportive, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
* Follow assigned routes and schedules.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment.
* Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
* Complete required documentation and reports accurately.
* Report incidents, accidents, safety concerns, or vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
* Door-to-Door Assistance: Physically assist individuals from their homes into the vehicle and safely into their medical destination.
* Can clean his own Van
Qualifications
* Valid California Class C Driver's License required.
* Clean driving record required.
* Ability to pass background checks and other required screenings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility aids like wheelchairs.
* Okay with a split shift set up (6:45am to 10:45am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm)
Preferred Qualifications
* Commercial driving experience.
* CDL license is a plus but not required.
* Customer service experience.
