Driver / WarehouseThe driver / warehouse position is responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and knowledge of materials delivered to the customer. The driver / warehouse employee will safely drive and deliver materials in accordance to the company standards of service. This position is also responsible for various duties related to the handling of materials in the warehouse.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, as well as standard warehouse equipment such as WMS scanners, hand trucks, forklifts, etc.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoEssential Job Functions:Deliver company materials to customers in a professional mannerEffectively and professionally meet and communicate with the publicDriving commercial vehicles (safely & legally, driving violations may jeopardize your position as a driver), specifically 26' box trucks.Shipping and receiving duties; including loading and unloading trucksRead customer orders, work orders, shipping orders to determine items to picked, packed, distributed or shipped/transferredMove materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequenceAssemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping departmentUse computer and RF guns to manage sales orders, inventory and enter information into business management systemParticipate in cycle counting of physical inventoryOpen boxes and other containersOperate wire cutter to cut wire according to customer ordersOperate forklift in warehouse settingSweep, dust and mop.
