Driver / Warehouse Associate — Phoenix, AZ

About the Role

One of our clients — an established wholesale distributor of equipment and supplies — is looking for a reliable Driver/Warehouse Associate to join their Phoenix team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between the warehouse and the customer, handling everything from inventory upkeep to on-time delivery of products and materials. What You'll Do

• Load and unload products daily, ensuring safe and efficient handling
• Deliver and transport freight and materials to customer locations
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise
• Verify received items against orders to ensure accuracy
• Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Collect signed invoices and return them to the appropriate manager
• Complete daily maintenance checklists for trucks and forklifts, and log in/out times
• Support physical inventory counts and general inventory control
• Interpret work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine what needs to be moved or shipped
• Deliver excellent service to external customers
• Keep the warehouse and grounds clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Take on other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required:

• At least 24 months of current, verifiable experience driving a 22'+ box truck or stake bed truck
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet daily deadlines
• Familiarity with LTL (less-than-truckload) and full truckload logistics
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• A willingness to learn and grow within the organization
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer service
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Preferred:

• 6+ months of warehouse experience, including forklift operation
• Familiarity with equipment/logistics operations in a related trade
• High School Diploma or GED
