Seeking a full-time Driver Recruiter with CDL Knowledge, this remote position will manage the recruitment and training process for drivers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a positive driver experience. Key responsibilities Manage the recruitment process for drivers, maintaining a pool of prospective candidates Conduct interviews and assist candidates with the application process while ensuring compliance with company and DOT regulations Schedule and present training programs, conducting safety meetings and inspections Required qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in safety and training within the transportation industry Previous experience in driver recruitment and safety compliance Experience hiring drivers from various states in the US At least three years of truck driving experience is considered an asset Proficient with Microsoft Office and knowledgeable of HOS and DOT regulations
