The Norfolk Companies is seeking a Driver Assistant to support safe, on-time delivery of building materials to homes and job sites across New England. Working closely with our drivers, you’ll help load, secure, and unload products such as lumber, cabinets, and hardware while providing friendly, professional service to customers and contractors. This role includes lifting up to 75 lbs, navigating tight spaces, and following DOT and company safety procedures.
You’ll help verify orders, maintain clean vehicles, and represent our family-founded company’s values of reliability, craftsmanship, and teamwork on every route.
