Geotechnical DrillerCalling all Drillers - Geotechnical in the Selinsgrove/ Williamsport area.We are seeking an experienced Driller to support our geotechnical drilling operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on drilling experience, strong knowledge of geotechnical drilling methods, and previous supervisory experience.ResponsibilitiesPerform and oversee geotechnical drilling activities in the field.Operate and maintain drilling equipment safely and efficiently.Supervise drilling crews and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Maintain accurate drilling logs and field documentation.Assist with troubleshooting equipment and resolving field issues.Coordinate with project and field teams to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.QualificationsMinimum Class B CDL.Valid NJ, MD, or DE Well Drilling Certification.OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification with current 8-hour refresher.10+ years of geotechnical drilling experience across various drilling methods.5+ years of supervisory experience.Strong commitment to safety and quality.Ability to work in the field and travel to project sites as needed.Benefits: TRC offers a competitive benefit package consisting of:Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.401k package that includes both traditional and Roth IRA options and Company match.Paid time off contingent upon full time or part time status and level of seniority (ranging from 15 to 25 days per year).All full-time employees enjoy a minimum of 8 Paid Holidays per year.TRC ensures that all employees, including those that work part-time, receive paid sick, family, and disability leave in accordance with the laws of their state of residence.Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition.
Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.Salary Range: USD $23.50 - USD $43.00 /Hr.
