Drill Spotter / Manual LaborerWe are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Drill Spotter / Manual Laborer to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting drilling operations by guiding equipment operators, maintaining site safety, and performing general labor duties. The ideal candidate is hardworking, alert, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.Key Responsibilities:Safely guide and direct drill operators during positioning and operationMaintain clear communication using hand signals and/or radiosEnsure job site safety procedures are followed at all timesPerform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site cleanupAssist with equipment setup and breakdownMonitor surroundings for hazards and maintain a safe work zoneFollow company policies and OSHA safety standardsQualifications:Previous construction, drilling, or outdoor labor experience preferredAbility to lift 50+ lbs regularlyStrong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safetyAbility to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditionsReliable transportation and strong attendance recordWillingness to work overtime when neededPhysical Requirements:Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and liftingWorking near heavy equipment and loud machineryAbility to work in heat, cold, and uneven terrainWhat We Offer:Competitive pay (based on experience)Overtime opportunities
