If you are a Drilled shaft & CFA Drilling Operator, then we want to hear from you!Responsibilities of this position:Operating BAUER drill rigs as required for siteAssisting in setting up the rig and equipment to conditions found as well as in moving itReporting rig and equipment maintenance and unanticipated field changes to the superintendent and suggest possible solutionsPerforming and documenting pre/post-shift inspections and report drilling activitiesComplying with regulatory safety regulations, code requirements and company policiesParticipating in safety meetings and documentation of equipment safety inspection auditsEstablishing and maintaining continuous positive and profitable working relationships with customers and a positive motivating work environment for the rig crewRequirements:2-5 years of experience in operating BAUER drilling and piling rigs for Drilled Shaft and CFA projects.Valid driver's licenseWillingness to travelExperience required/Certification preferredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at timesMust be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weatherMust be able to stand and sit for 10-12 hoursEducation and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 2 years of related experience as Drill Rig Operator on construction sites preferredAbility to work independently and on a teamCompensation and benefits: Competitive salary; exact compensation commensurate with experience.
