You will develop complete DRAM system architectures, impact industry direction, and engage directly with customers and executives to convert complex ideas into scalable products.Responsibilities:Define next-generation memory system builds focusing on performance, capacity, RAS, and telemetryLead cross-stack co-optimization spanning silicon, package, module, board, and systemArchitect sophisticated RAS and telemetry features and translate system needs into siliconDrive long-range memory technology strategy and influence industry standardsAct as a senior technical liaison to customers, executives, and partnersMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience in EE, CE, CS, or a related fieldExtensive hands-on experience in DRAM or memory systems architectureDeep understanding of DRAM timing, signaling, power, and reliability mechanismsProven ability to translate system requirements into silicon architecturePreferred Qualifications:Master's degree or PhD, or equivalent experience, in a related technical fieldRecognized technical leadership influencing multiple products or teamsExperience engaging tier-1 customers and ecosystem partnersHistory of architectural innovations adopted into productionThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$177,000.00 - $387,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
