DRAM IP Design Engineer – AI-Driven Verification & RTL

Micron Technology in Boise invites an intern to assist the DRAM IP Development (IPDEV) team with RTL-to-GDS design, verification, and automation scripting. You will analyze circuits across PVT, work with SystemVerilog/UVM, and apply Python/other languages to improve engineering productivity.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, with coursework in CMOS, SystemVerilog/UVM, and STA, and strong communication skills.
