Responsibilities

• Lead and design complex drainage solutions for Florida’s most impactful infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with senior leadership, clients, and regulatory agencies to develop cutting-edge water management strategies .
• Mentor and manage teams, shaping the future of drainage engineering.
• Oversee drainage and stormwater management solutions for large-scale transportation projects .
• Define project requirements, participate in bid preparations, and manage client relationships.
• Drive contract performance by coordinating with engineering, construction, and regulatory teams.
• Serve as an industry thought leader , developing and implementing new drainage standards and solutions.
• Present technical designs and strategies to clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
• May manage a small team of engineers , guiding technical execution and project success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in drainage, stormwater, or related civil engineering fields.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations affecting drainage and stormwater management.
• Proven expertise in engineering software and construction document production .
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and client management skills .
