Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve residential and light commercial drain and sewer issues
* Perform drain cleaning, snaking, and hydro jetting services
* Inspect drain lines using camera equipment when necessary
* Identify blockages, leaks, and potential system issues
* Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers
* Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
* Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and local regulations
* Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Drain Technician or similar role
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable using drain cleaning and inspection equipment
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
