Supporting the remodeling process, the full-time Draftsman will provide detailed drawings, conduct field inspections, and ensure project accuracy through customer collaboration in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Take accurate field measurements and produce detailed drawings for kitchen and bath projects Review sales contract documents with customers to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements Conduct inspections of ongoing jobs and warranty service cases, providing detailed feedback to relevant departments Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in drafting, construction, home remodeling, or a related field Ability to travel to customer homes and job sites for accurate field measurements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry 25 lbs regularly Proficient in preparing drawings and working on a computer for extended periods
