The Engineered Solutions team plays a key role in designing and developing Kaeser's line of packaged compressed air systems. This is an entry level position.Duties include:Creating drawings, service documents, bills of materials, assembly workflows, and test plansDesigning packages from the ground up using CAD modeling softwareResearching and validating new design conceptsWorking with assembly team to resolve choke points in production and streamline the efficiency of current and future buildsWorking with external partners to ensure quality and on-time delivery of the product lineCollaborating with teammates and various departments to develop solutions for customer RFQsWorking with senior personnel for on-the-job trainingWhat We OfferCome and see our campus in Fredericksburg, VA.
