Producing conceptual design packages for a fast-paced portfolio of EV charging and battery energy storage projects, the full-time remote Drafting Specialist will create site layouts, support external design partners, and maintain CAD standards while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality drawings. Key responsibilities Set up project design templates and produce conceptual site layouts that identify equipment configurations Review output from external drafting partners to ensure quality and drive the volume of completed layouts Maintain CAD standards, title blocks, and design package templates for consistency across projects Required qualifications Associate's degree in drafting, design, engineering technology, or a related field, or 3+ years of directly related professional drafting experience Expertise in AutoCAD, with the ability to produce site layouts and civil/electrical drawing packages accurately and efficiently Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering standards-compliant drawings on tight timelines Familiarity with project management and drawing package review software (Procore, Bluebeam) and GIS data
