A terrific, full‑time opening has come available for an Architectural Drafter with experience in the historic commercial restoration construction arena to join a cutting edge, extremely stable organization. This position would earn a competitive base salary plus bonus , and a great benefits package including competitive insurance plans, paid vacation, sick pay, and other outstanding perks. This position is located in the beautiful Sunset Park area of Brooklyn .
Responsibilities
- Support design of internal projects
- Coordinate with design team for delivery of pricing documents
- Coordinate with leasing team for planning of renovations and fit‑outs
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and details
Qualifications
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & 3D modeling software
- Knowledge of NYC Building Codes and basic ADA requirements
- Strong background in architecture, landscape architecture, signage, wayfinding, lighting, streetscape improvement, environmental graphic, and interior design projects.
