  • Join in on care team meetings and interdisciplinary conferences to ensure integrated patient care
Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution
Certifications
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification is preferred
