Description
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings while crafting customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs

Education
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar degree from a recognized institution
Certifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification is highly regarded
