Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting tailored treatment strategies
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress while adhering to regulatory and facility standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferable
