Empower Recovery Where It Matters Most: Join Our Inpatient Physical Therapy Team in Central Texas
What if your daily work had the power to help someone take their first step after surgery, regain independence after a stroke, or recover their voice after illness? As a Physical Therapist, you won't just support healing — you'll restore dignity, momentum, and hope in one of life's most vulnerable moments. And you'll do it in a place that redefines what it means to live, work, and recharge.
We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Central Texas — a vibrant region where professional fulfillment meets a lifestyle you'll love. Here, clinical excellence is matched by a community that welcomes and inspires. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact from the inside out, this is your moment.

Every day is different — and every interaction is meaningful. You'll be a trusted guide in the earliest stages of recovery, whether you're helping a patient regain balance post-surgery or coaching someone through the hard-earned steps of post-stroke rehabilitation.
This is hands-on, high-touch work where clinical knowledge meets heart. You'll assess needs, implement targeted treatment plans, and adapt care strategies as patients progress. As part of a collaborative care team, you'll also be integral to discharge planning and safe transitions home.
The role demands precision and presence — and offers unmatched reward. Because here, your impact is immediate and your care is life-changing.
While your work may be based within hospital walls, your life here stretches far beyond. Nestled in Central Texas, this region is where the Colorado River shimmers, oak trees sprawl across limestone hills, and a culture of creativity pulses through every street corner.
Here, locals hike and bike along the Barton Creek Greenbelt, spend weekends paddleboarding on Lady Bird Lake, and fill up on breakfast tacos and brisket under the Texas sun. The area is equally renowned for its music, tech innovation, and progressive spirit. It's a place where careers flourish, ideas thrive, and people genuinely connect.
Beyond its cultural charms, Central Texas offers practical perks too: no state income tax, access to top-tier schools, and a cost of living that delivers more lifestyle for less. Whether you're drawn to the live music scene, farmer's markets, or quiet trails through the Hill Country, you'll find your rhythm here.
From urban exploration to small-town charm, this is a region where healthcare professionals feel at home — and never stop growing.
You're more than your resume. You're someone who understands that movement is medicine, that kindness is powerful, and that progress comes in all forms — from standing up to walking again.
We're seeking a Physical Therapist with clinical skill, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Whether you're early in your career or bring years of experience, if you value evidence-based care, collaboration, and human connection, we'd love to meet you.
This isn't just a job. It's a calling — one where your knowledge meets purpose and your presence makes a difference. As a Physical Therapist in Central Texas, you'll find yourself surrounded by passionate clinicians, a dynamic work culture, and a city that will energize your every day.
We're here to help you grow your career, expand your skillset, and rediscover the joy of doing work that truly matters. Come be part of a team — and a place — that will move you.
