Description

  • Engage in multidisciplinary care team discussions and conferences to ensure cohesive patient care
Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent advanced degree from an accredited institution
Certifications
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification desirable
  • Specialized training (such as in neurology or geriatrics) is advantageous but not mandatory
