- Operate bulldozers and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform grading, leveling, and site preparation tasks
- Clear and prepare job sites as needed
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Follow all safety procedures and job site regulations
- Assist with general heavy equipment and construction tasks as needed
- Previous experience operating dozers and heavy equipment required
- Ability to perform grading and site work with accuracy
- Strong understanding of equipment safety and operation
- Ability to conduct basic equipment inspections
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying conditions
