.NET Full-Stack Developer

W2/C2C must be local to Phoenix AZ area

1st week onsite, then once a month

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and backend services supporting large-scale systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft technologies, cloud services, database development, and modern web application frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain web applications using C# and .NET.
• Build and support backend services, APIs, and database solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and development teams.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile/Scrum activities.
• Support application deployments and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Razor Pages.
• Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database design.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Blazor and Telerik/Kendo UI.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and application architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Background in government or education-related projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Work Environment: Hybrid position requiring residence in Arizona and scheduled in-office attendance.
