Travel Certified Dosimetrist – Contract, In‑Office. Location: Gadson, AL, United States.

Position Title

Travel Certified Dosimetrist / Radiology (R)

Responsibilities

The Dosimetrist is responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures relating to Radiology patient treatments. These include, but are not limited to: dose calculations, treatment planning, simulation supervision, treatment device construction, and patient/machine troubleshooting. The Dosimetrist will also assist the Radiation Physicist in calibration of the treatment machines and other related equipment.

Requirements

Must be a Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD).

Schedule

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Start Date: ASAP (early June) / Proposed start: 6/15/2026.

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks, through 7/17/26.
