Missions
1- Contribute to the strategy of the ARS in the fields of authorizations, contractualization, and certification, in order to guarantee the quality of care and implementation of the Regional Health Project (PRS) 2- In a context of evolving organizations, manage the unit of which it is responsible (6-7 category A mission staff), and accompany its members in their various tasks: - Processing requests for authorization of health care activities and heavy material equipment; - Legal motivation of the decisions of the Director General of the ARS, drafting letters and notes; - Coordination of authorization procedures; presentation of instructions in CSOS - Monitoring inventories and the quantitative balance of the care offer (OQOS); - Updating and monitoring multi-year contracts of objectives and means (CPOM); - Monitoring regulatory developments having impacts on the subjects treated (right of health authorizations, CPOM) 3- Ensure a cross-functional legal expertise for the entire department; 4- Participate in the support of operators (in particular health establishments) of its geographical sector a. by ensuring the good management of their authorization requests, contractual recognitions or renewals of activities, b. by providing support – advice on authorization / contractualization procedures with other ARS services or operators directly, c. by ensuring the proper course of the certification of health establishments.
