We're looking for professional, alert, and dependable Door Staff/Security to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and controlled environment for guests and staff.
• Monitor entry, check IDs, and enforce house policies.
• Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• De-escalate conflicts and resolve disputes using sound judgment.
• Recognize potential problems early and prevent situations from escalating.
• Work closely with management and team members to ensure guest safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Previous security or door staff experience preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confrontational situations professionally.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
• Must meet all applicable security licensing requirements.
