Door Shop Assembly Laborer

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Smart Trades is seeking a dependable door shop assembly laborer to join a busy production team in Salt Lake City. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in door assembly, woodworking, or finish carpentry, or those who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble doors and door components according to specifications
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, fit, and prepare materials for assembly
- Move and handle doors and other building materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in door assembly, woodworking, or finish carpentry preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Able to accurately read a tape measure
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs on a regular basis
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Able to pass a 10-panel drug screen

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
