What You’ll Do
- Performreferral evaluation, organ assessment, donormonitoringand management,allocation,and specialized care for donors.
- Coordinate seamlessly with surgical teams, perfusionists, and hospital staff.
- Maintain rigorous clinical documentation and ensure compliance with strict safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Approach every situation with the highest level of respect, empathy, and clinical excellence.
What You Bring
- Credentials: Active RN,Paramedic, RRT, CPTC,NP, PA, or specialized Surgical/Allied Health certification.
- Experience: Full- timeOPO experience required , minimumof 2 years.Backgroundin ICU, ER,OR,CPTC,or critical care/transplant servicesishighly preferred.
