Donor Experience & Philanthropy Ops Manager

The Nature Conservancy in South Carolina is seeking a Philanthropy Operations Manager to lead gift processing, revenue tracking, and donor event coordination in a hybrid North Charleston office.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will plan 10–12 events annually, manage pledges, generate reports, ensure audit compliance, and provide data-driven support to the philanthropy team. This role requires strong project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and a clear eye for detail.
