Donor Engagement Specialist

Engaging with donors to facilitate life-saving donations, the full-time Donor Engagement Specialist will utilize investigative skills to locate and educate donors, manage health screenings, and maintain accurate records while providing exceptional customer service in a mission-driven call center environment. Key responsibilities Locate and contact donors using various data sources and internet research tools Conduct health screenings and assess donor eligibility while documenting all interactions accurately Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth donor operations and compliance with standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience Three or more years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical setting Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry skills Advanced internet research skills, including familiarity with social media Strong communication skills with the ability to coach individuals on behavior change
