To strengthen donor relationships, the part-time contract Donor Engagement Specialist will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors through multi-channel outreach, execute stewardship strategies, and ensure timely responses to donor inquiries while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Engage 700-1,200 mid-level donors via phone, email, and mail Execute stewardship and cultivation strategies to retain and grow donor support Document donor interactions and meet service level agreements for donor requests Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Knowledge of fundraising and the nonprofit sector Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experience in telemarketing, fundraising, sales, or customer service Non-profit professional or volunteer experience preferred
