KARM Stores is seeking a Full-Time Donation Shift Lead for our Farragut Store. In this role, you will lead a donation processing team, ensuring excellent guest service as donors drop off items. You will oversee sorting, pricing, and staging donated goods for the sales floor while maintaining clean, safe, and organized donation and backroom areas.
The Shift Lead trains and supports team members and volunteers, upholds Christ-centered, mission-driven values, follows safety and cash-handling procedures, and helps meet daily production and customer service goals that support KARM’s ministry to the homeless.
