We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Donation Attendant / Production Support Associate to provide excellent service to donors, manage incoming donations, and support daily production operations.What You'll DoGreet donors warmly and offer assistance in a friendly, professional mannerReceive and track donated goods in accordance with center policiesProvide donation receipts and collect donor information as requiredMaintain a clean, safe, and organized donation areaSafeguard all donated materials and assigned equipmentCommunicate donation guidelines and courteously decline unacceptable itemsAssist with sorting, loading, and unloading donations and Salvation Army trucksSupport production processes, including sorting and organizing merchandiseReport any incidents, safety concerns, or damages promptlyMaintain a neat, professional appearance in compliance with dress codeAssist at other store locations or support additional duties as neededWorking ConditionsWork takes place in a store and donation area environment with exposure to outdoor weather, dust, and temperature changes.

The role may require standing for extended periods and frequent physical activity.
