You will have an opportunity for career and leadership growth.
The Finance Director will manage the fundraising program, including day to day as well as big picture projects.This is a campaign position for the 2026 election.Responsibilities:Work with Campaign Manager to develop and execute fundraising planWork with Finance Assistant to manage all aspects of call time programOversee the execution of events from start to finishDevelop an already existing finance committeeManage Finance AssistantStaff meetings and eventsTrack metrics of fundraising programIdentify new fundraising opportunitiesCoordinate PAC and partner outreachAssist with other campaign-related activities as neededPreferred Qualifications:A minimum of 2-3 years prior fundraising experience (could be campaign or political-adjacent)Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and able to multi-taskExperience managing up and managing downStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to take and implement feedbackProactive mindsetProficiency with NGP, Votebuilder, ActBlue, Google Drive, and other related toolsExperience with different fundraising tacticsMust be willing to relocate to Southeast Kansas
