Job Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for all operations within the restaurant.
• Manage cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Create work schedules, order products, train team members, and hire staff.
• Earn profit share bonus based on controlling costs within goals.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: 1 year of restaurant management experience.
