Job Requirements & Duties
- Responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
- Build and manage schedules, order products, train team members, and hire staff.
- Report performance and seek improvements; manage profit and loss and control costs to earn profit share bonus.

Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Preferred: 1 year of restaurant management experience.
