Our experienced professionals help clients successfully execute complex programs through innovative planning, scheduling, and project controls expertise.Position Overview We are currently seeking a Program Scheduler to support a highly technical and secure federal program in Oak Ridge, TN. This role will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated program schedules to support mission-critical engineering, scientific, and operational objectives.As a key member of the project controls team, you will collaborate with program managers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity, identify potential delays, and provide data-driven insights to support risk mitigation and successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools.Integrate schedule data from various workstreams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.Perform schedule health checks and critical path analysis.Support schedule risk assessments and resource-loading analysisTrack milestones and deliverables across multiple concurrent projectsCoordinate with project controls, cost analysts, and program managers to ensure alignment.Prepare reports, visualizations, and presentations for technical and executive stakeholders.Contribute to Earned Value Management (EVM) and program reporting deliverables as needed.Required Qualifications:Experience working in highly technical or government-regulated environments (e.g., national labs, DoD, DOE)Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Deltek CobraKnowledge of integrated master scheduling (IMS), critical path methodology, and schedule risk analysisStrong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interface across multidisciplinary teamsFamiliarity with ANSI/EIA-748 EVM standards and DOE project management requirements (a plus)Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related fieldActive Q or Top Secret clearance is required.This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performance team working in one of the most secure and technically advanced environments in the country.
