To support a prominent client in the biotech/pharma sector, the fully remote DocuSign Specialist (MA Licensed) will administer and configure DocuSign as an enterprise-level e-signature platform, focusing on integrations, validation, and compliance during the transition from Adobe Acrobat Sign. Key responsibilities Administer, configure, and support DocuSign eSignature in an enterprise environment Design, build, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, and reporting Ensure compliance with validated system requirements and support SSO integrations for DocuSign Required qualifications 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise eSignature platforms with strong DocuSign expertise Deep knowledge of DocuSign Templates, PowerForms, Workflows, APIs, and Reporting Experience integrating DocuSign using REST APIs and configuring SSO for enterprise applications Proven experience working in validated environments compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management tools
