Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: Senior Engineering ManagerABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and control of power by improving electric power quality while strengthening the resilience of the grid.Your role and responsibilities:Maintain project documents, records, and version control within the document management system.Ensure documentation complies with company procedures, standards, and confidentiality requirements.Track, update, and distribute document registers, reports, and project documentation status.Coordinate document reviews, approvals, filing, and distribution activities.Monitor documentation progress and support on-time project delivery.Provide guidance on document control processes and best practices.Identify and recommend improvements to document management processes and tools.Qualifications for the role:High School Diploma or GED0 - 2+ years of experienceExperience with GPLM software preferredWindchill experience preferredSAP preferredMore about usABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and control of power by improving electric power quality while strengthening the resilience of the grid.
