In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring critical documentation is complete, compliant, and processed efficiently while building strong, professional relationships with physician offices and internal partnersWhat You'll DoDrive Documentation Completion & Accuracy (25%)Proactively contact physician offices to confirm receipt of required paperworkReview documentation for completeness and compliance with strict standardsFollow up persistently to ensure all required information is accurate and fully completedDeliver Exceptional Customer Experience (25%)Own each interaction with professionalism and empathy through inbound and outbound callsBuild strong, trust-based relationships with physician offices and partnersEnsure every touchpoint reflects a high standard of service and responsivenessEducate & Influence External Partners (25%)Clearly communicate the urgency and importance of timely documentationGuide physician offices through requirements to reduce delays and errorsPartner with internal teams to support product awareness and opportunitiesEnsure Administrative Excellence (25%)Receive, process, and organize a high volume of sensitive documents and communicationsManage both electronic and paper files with a high level of accuracy and confidentialityAnalyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiencyAdhere strictly to all company policies, especially when handling confidential informationWhat You BringWe're looking for someone who is meticulous, proactive, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven administrative, healthcare support, or customer service environmentDemonstrated experience managing documentation workflows requiring accuracy, compliance, and follow-throughWorking knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes and documentation standardsStrong verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with external professional officesProven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with strong typing and data entry accuracyCandidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
