Document Control Specialist-Transportation FieldM&J Engineering is a leader in construction management and inspection, ITS, mechanical, electrical, wastewater, water supply, tunnel airport, port, marine/coastal, environmental engineering, and design-build services for both new infrastructure projects and renovations.M&J is seeking a Document Control Specialist-Transportation Field to support our Rhode Island office with managing and maintaining project documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards, and facilitates efficient document handling and retrieval.ResponsibilitiesAbility to utilize standardized computer software applications to maintain recordkeeping documentation for road and bridge construction projects and ensure all records-management activities adhere to RIDOT policies and FHWA regulations;Assist in the preparation of Reports of Change (ROC), contract addenda, bi-weekly progress payments, correspondence, updates and other project documentation;Maintain accountability of all construction documents through the utilization of a computerized construction record keeping system;Conducts regular review audits to ensure construction records are accurate and up to date.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.Two years of experience working on complex construction projects, preferably Transportation related.BenefitsM&J is a leader in providing quality engineering consulting services to a diverse and exciting client base.
