Supporting the Quality Assurance and Product Development teams, the full-time remote Document Control Project Manager will manage document workflows, supplier quality correspondence, change control activities, and maintain specification documentation to ensure audit readiness. Key Responsibilities Serve as the point of contact for supplier quality inquiries and manage documentation requests from various stakeholders Coordinate change control activities, maintain logs, and ensure documentation is complete for closure Assist in the preparation and maintenance of finished product specification documents and support certification program documentation Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience 5+ years of experience in quality document control or QA administrative support within FDA-regulated industries Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines Clear communication skills for cross-functional and external correspondence Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with a distributed team
