Essential Functions of Our Post‑Doctoral Fellow

  • Interview and evaluate individuals and/or families to complete the intake process.
  • Provide assessments for therapeutic needs and provide individual, family, and group counseling as needed.
  • Provide psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations.
  • Exercise judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations and understand and respond to all client treatment needs.
  • Regularly attend clinical supervision with one of PSG's licensed psychologists.
  • Attend all needed staffing meetings and make appropriate recommendations as requested.
  • Attend court hearings and present client treatment progress or evaluation results and advocate for any additional services as needed.

Hours and Location

Hours are flexible within typical business hours Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm within our outpatient settings. Multiple locations are available across southeastern Wisconsin (Jefferson, Rock, Walworth, Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha counties).

Requirements

  • Must possess either a Ph.D. or Psy.D. and be eligible for future licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Previous experience providing individual, family and group therapy as well as experience providing psychological/neuropsychological evaluation.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Possession of an LPC or related training license is preferred.
