To support a growing Client Information Risk Services department, the full-time remote Docketing Specialist will manage the review of electronic mail and filings for accuracy, communicate with attorneys and paralegals, and participate in various projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities Review records and enter schedules or deadlines into the docketing system as needed Generate and proof routine and specialized docketing system reports, distributing them according to the reporting schedule Conduct detailed research into calendaring and jurisdictional rules within docketing software Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years in litigation Familiarity with federal and state agencies, and experience with CourtAlert or other docketing systems preferred Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of PACER and Electronic Court Filings (ECFs) Strong research, analytical, and reasoning skills with an understanding of data interrelations
