Position: Picker/Packer –  (Dock Worker)
 Starting Pay:  $18.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and assist with the put-away of Long Stock products (varied weights).

  • Operate a stand-up forklift (Dock Stocker) for handling items exceeding 50 lbs. and for loading processed products onto LTL trailers.

  • Safely manage lifting tasks with proper assistance when needed.

  • Process LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments, including generating Bills of Lading (BOLs).

  • Use RF guns for packing, with occasional computer-based packing to generate carrier documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating a stand-up forklift (Dock Stocker required)

  • Ability to lift and handle products of varying weights

  • Basic computer skills and comfort with RF scanning equipment

  • Willingness to learn and perform LTL processing procedures
