Picture this: a trailer backs into the dock, your scanner pings, and you thread a stand-up reach truck through high aisles to secure the perfect put-away. Next, you’re rotating stock to keep inventory clean, then staging outbound pallets to hit a tight deadline. If precision, safety, and teamwork are your strengths, this is your arena.

• Command stand-up reach equipment to place, pick, and stage products accurately.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Execute inventory counts and rotate stock to ensure accurate levels.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures—no shortcuts.
• Work side-by-side with teammates to meet daily goals and shipping cutoffs.
• Keep work zones orderly to maintain a safe, uncluttered environment.
• Escalate equipment issues or hazards to your supervisor without delay.

• Experience operating stand-up reach forklifts in warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Strong focus, accuracy, and ability to follow SOPs.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings and adapts as priorities shift.
• Demonstrated ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Clear communicator with a cooperative, team-first approach.
• Physically able to lift and handle heavy items as required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
