This is an in-office role that supports the administrative duties related to multiple construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Process, submit, and obtain all DOB after-hour variances, follow-up as needed according to timelinesAssist with obtaining all Temporary Certificates of Occupancy (TCO) with respective NYC agencies and follow through to completionComplete project updates in Procore, distribute required documents to all project team membersAssist Project Manager with insurance and permits as needed, send Field Operations team all required informationSchedule calls and meetings with internal and external project team members to ensure consistent communication flow throughout the duration of a projectSupport administrative duties for each assigned job: process RFIs, submittals, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and change ordersCreate and distribute weekly reports as requested by Project ManagersAssist in preparation of closeout package process: collect documentation from subcontractors, vendors, architects, clients, and members of the internal project teamOther job responsibilities as assigned by Project ManagersQualifications:Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar roleAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage their time well on tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalismStrong presentation skillsTeam-player and ability to build cross-functional relationshipsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredTechnical Skills:Must have excellent MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookProcore experience is preferredIn compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Schimenti's total compensation package for employees.
Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 salary per year. In addition, Schimenti provides a variety of comprehensive benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, enrollment in our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), a retirement savings plan, several paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
