DO/OMM Item ReviewerReview, provide feedback on, and revise osteopathic medical board-style exam items to meet clinical accuracy standards, OMM principles, and item construction quality. Flag outdated or inaccurate content and suggest evidence-based revisions grounded in current osteopathic literature and clinical practice.Active DO licensure in the United States. Active clinical practice or teaching role that includes hands-on OMM — this is not a fit for DOs who trained in OMM but no longer apply it. Familiarity with COMLEX-USA Level 1 and Level 2 blueprints and NBOME content specifications. Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.Prior experience writing or reviewing osteopathic board-style exam items.

Experience as osteopathic medical faculty or as a clinical educator with formal OMM teaching responsibilities. Background in item analysis, psychometrics, or test development.
