Divisional President / Chief Credit OfficerThe Divisional President / Chief Credit Officer oversees the Midwest Division of First Savings Bank (South Dakota and Nebraska). This role is responsible for establishing sales and revenue growth initiatives and holds bank management accountable for results. The Divisional President acts as a leader to branch management and develops staff to ensure loan and deposit goals are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.Preferred location is Sioux Falls, SD.What you will do:Provides strategic leadership and supervision to branch leadership, promoting growth and development of staff.Implements sales and revenue growth strategies and holds branch management accountable to loan and deposit growth goals.Ensures operational best practices are followed and are compliant with all federal and state regulations.Acts as a member of executive management and participates in strategic planning meetings, including defining budget and goals for their assigned region.Oversees and reviews all loan activities.
